The Story
If you are interested in having the donation be tax-deductible, the donation will go through the Texas A&M Foundation. The Texas A&M Foundation will take 5% and an additional 3% credit card fee will be deducted from the donation.

2. "Select Department" -- An Unlisted Account (Enter Manually)

After these steps, you will begin to fill out your personal information and everything from there should be smooth sailing!

If you are not interested in a tax-deductible donation, a check will be written to the Latinx Community & Advocacy Association. The check option works best if it can be handed directly to the LCAA treasurer to deposit at the Student Organization Financial Services.
The name of our organization and Account Number -- Latinx Community & Advocacy Association 959530-10000 -- will be placed in the memo/note area of the check.

If you are interested in having a tax-deductible donation, the Texas A&M Foundation offers donations via check.
In order to receive an income tax receipt, donors should
make the checks out to the Texas A&M Foundation and send the funds to the
Foundation address below. Don't forget to add "Latinx Graduation Coalition" in the Memo line.

Online Donation

Direct Donation
If you are not interested in a tax-deductible donation, the Student Organization Finance Center offers donations through the Texas A&M Marketplace.
​
For those donating less than $250 dollars, this may be a viable option as donations to a single organization may not exceed $249 per donor per year.
Please note that contributors will not be issued a formal IRS tax receipt for tax purposes, nor will the contribution be included in cumulative lifetime gift counting to Texas A&M University.​
